Yes. Every Luxanium print comes with a wall mount already fitted on the back. The mount holds the print slightly off the wall, giving it a floating, gallery-style look.

Just wipe it with a damp cloth. Dust, fingerprints, even moisture come off in seconds. No special cleaners or polish needed.

Very close - but not identical. Every screen renders colour slightly differently, and a printed metal surface reflects light in its own way. Our inks are calibrated to keep colour as true as possible to your preview. If the difference ever feels dramatic, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll review it.

Our inks are rated to resist fading for decades under normal indoor lighting. We do recommend keeping prints out of direct, prolonged sunlight - the same care you'd give any premium artwork.

How does custom printing work?

Upload your photo, pick your size, place your order. We print your photo on premium aluminium in our studio, pack it in custom protective packaging, and ship it pan-India for free. From upload to delivery typically takes 8–13 business days.
What happens if my photo is low-resolution?
What happens if my photo is low-resolution?
If your uploaded photo is too low-resolution to print well, our team will contact you before printing. You can share a better version, or cancel for a full refund.
Can I change my photo after placing the order?

Yes - within 2 hours of ordering. After that, the print moves into production. WhatsApp us with your new photo and we'll update the order.

Yes. Add a note in the special instructions box during checkout with the text you'd like (a name, date, or short quote) and where you'd like it placed. Our team will adjust your design and share a preview before printing. For more complex text layouts, WhatsApp us first so we can plan it with you.

Light touch-ups are included - cropping, basic colour correction, removing a small distraction. Bigger edits (background removal, photo restoration, retouching of old photos) aren't part of your order.
What file formats can I upload?

JPG or PNG. Minimum 1500 × 1500 pixels for best results. Maximum file size: 20 MB.

Every print is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days, then delivery takes another 5–8 business days to most Indian pincodes (7–10 days to remote ones). Total time from order to delivery is usually 8–13 business days.

You can cancel for a full refund within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't entered production. After that, we can't cancel - each print is custom-made for you, not pulled from a shelf.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to start a claim.

Yes. All prices on the site are final and inclusive of GST. No surprise charges at checkout - what you see is what you pay.
Can I send this as a gift to someone else's address?
Can I send this as a gift to someone else's address?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address during checkout. We don't include an invoice in the package, so the gift arrives without a price tag. Add a note in the special instructions box if you'd like us to include a printed gift message.
