These are the rules for using luxanium.com and ordering from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept the language plain.

1. About us

Luxanium is an Indian D2C brand selling premium metal wall art.

In these terms, "we," "us," and "Luxanium" mean Luxanium. "You" means you - the person visiting our site or placing an order. "Site" means luxanium.in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the site, you confirm you're 18 or older.

3. Your account

You can browse and order without an account, but creating one makes things faster.
If you create an account:

  • Keep your password private
  • Tell us if you suspect unauthorised use
  • You're responsible for activity on your account

We can suspend or close any account if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

4. Products and pricing

We make every effort to show our products accurately. That said:

  • Colours on screens can look slightly different from the printed metal
  • Visual previews and size mock-ups are representative - final pieces may have minor variations natural to handcrafted production
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of taxes
  • We can change prices, product availability, or product details at any time without notice

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price (e.g. ₹10 for ₹3,000 art), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

  • All orders are prepaid. We don't offer Cash on Delivery.
  • Payment is processed by Razorpay, our secure payment partner.
  • Once payment is confirmed, you'll get an order confirmation by email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

6. Your uploaded content (custom photo prints)

If you upload a photo for a custom print, you confirm three things:

  1. It's yours, or you have permission to use it. You own the rights to the photo, or you have explicit permission from whoever does. You're responsible if there's a copyright issue.
  2. It's appropriate. No content that's illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to refuse any upload at our discretion (with a full refund).
  3. You grant us a limited licence. By uploading, you grant Luxanium a one-time licence to reproduce your photo solely for fulfilling your order. We won't use it for marketing, resale, or anything else without your written permission. After your order is delivered, the photo is deleted from our system.

7. Intellectual property

  • All curated artwork, designs, the brand name, logos, and content on luxanium.com are owned by Luxanium or licensed to us. Don't copy, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.
  • You're welcome to share photos of your Luxanium print on social media - tag us @luxanium so we can find it.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any illegal purpose
  • Hack, scrape, or interfere with the site
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
  • Resell our products without our written permission
  • Misrepresent yourself or use a fake identity

9. Disclaimers

We do our best to keep the site accurate, secure, and available - but we can't guarantee it'll be error-free, virus-free, or always up. The site and our products are provided "as is."
We're not liable for:

  • Issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party services
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, your use of luxanium.in, or any purchase from Luxanium will be handled exclusively by the courts of Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the site after changes, you agree to the new terms.
