Who we are

Luxanium is an Indian D2C brand selling premium metal wall art, based in Gujarat, India. In this policy, "we," "us," and "Luxanium" mean Luxanium. "You" means you - the person visiting our website or placing an order.

What we collect

  • When you visit the site: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages you view, and how you found us
  • When you place an order: your name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone number, and order details
  • When you upload a photo for a custom print: the photo itself
  • When you sign up for emails: your email address
  • When you contact us: whatever you choose to share

We never ask for your full card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which handles them securely.

  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and important account notifications
  • To respond when you contact us
  • To send marketing emails (only if you've opted in — unsubscribe in one click)
  • To improve the site, our products, and our service
  • To run ads on Meta and Google (only if you've allowed cookies)

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary, only with these partners:

  • Shopify - runs our website and stores order data
  • Razorpay - processes payments
  • Shiprocket / Delhivery / Bluedart / India Post - delivers your order
  • Meta and Google - for analytics and (if you've allowed cookies) ads

We never sell your data to anyone. Ever.

Your uploaded photos (custom prints)

Your photo is used only to make your print and is deleted from our system after your order is delivered. We never store, share, or use customer photos for marketing without explicit written permission.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that help us remember things — like keeping your cart full while you browse. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (like checkout) may not work properly.

How long we keep your data

  • Order records: 7 years (required for tax purposes)
  • Uploaded photos: until your order is delivered, then deleted
  • Marketing email subscribers: until you unsubscribe

Kids under 18
