Free shipping. Across India. On every order. Here's everything else you need to know.
Where we ship
India only. We don't currently ship internationally.
Shipping cost
Free pan-India on all orders. No minimum, no thresholds, no surprise fees at checkout.
Production time
Every Luxanium print is made to order. We print and assemble each piece at our studio after your order is placed.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days.
Delivery time
After dispatch, your order reaches you in:
- 5-8 business days to most Indian pincodes
- 7-10 business days to remote or non-serviceable pincodes
Total time from order to delivery is usually 8-13 business days.
Tracking
The moment your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can track it any time.
Payment
We accept prepaid orders only - UPI, RuPay, PhonePe, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Packaging
Every order ships in our custom "Fragile" packaging - corner-protected, impact-cushioned, scratch-sealed. The print arrives the same way it left our studio.
Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unreachable, or the parcel was refused, our courier will attempt two more times. After three failed attempts, the order returns to our studio.
We'll reach out to arrange re-delivery (you'll be charged the re-shipping cost) or a refund (with a deduction for the original outbound shipping we absorbed).
Damaged in transit
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to start a claim.
